Helping Youth Athletes Succeed

From learning proper form, to understanding repetition schemes and how to apply them, athletes will gain the tools necessary to make the most out of their workouts.
Each athlete will be given their own, specific training plan based off an initial screen and assessment combined with their goals. This once-a-week program is designed to compliment and enhance a weekly regimen. Priced as group training, with the personal touch of one-on-one, helping forge success for each individual athlete.

* Prerequisite Required: Individual Athlete Screening and Assessment
Prior to participation, each athlete must complete a 45-60 minute individual, private session to assess their individual movements and needs, which their program will be based on. The participant will be put through a movement assessment, plus discuss goals, and their individual plan.
