Drawing from nearly fifteen years of experience in coaching both individuals and groups, I’ve created a customized group program designed to be inclusive and accommodating for ALL, a community of people you will truly enjoy being a part of. And here’s the kicker: we're genuinely invested in your goals and committed to you!
40 tough minutes to help you effectively change your body and ignite fat loss! Get together with others in a supportive and exciting class that's effective and never boring. If you're looking for a workout that's enjoyable and will burn long-term calories, this is the class for you. Whether you're frustrated with your gym progress or eager to embark on a fresh fitness journey, the Fit40 community is your solution!
Each class is streamlined into a 40 minute session
Proper warm up, multiple strength circuits including core and conditioning, and then culminates with a group conditioning routine and cool down
Every station and exercise is scale-able for all ages and abilities
There's a strong focus on building strength throughout the body, and preventing injuries. Our goal is to ensure everyone stays healthy, and continually sees personal progress. You won’t find a better, more supportive group to work with to push and help you reach new levels.

Fit40 is a progressive, appropriately designed, adaptable program, engineered to promote results for people of all ages and abilities.

If you’re not sure what to do on your own at the gym, if you’re looking for some group support, this is the program for you. No matter your age, nor ability, we are always recruiting new members to join our incredible Fit40 community and take that step towards a healthier, fitter, you!
What sets Fit40 apart from other programs?
Each class is limited to 15 participants, we have the perfect blend of support, personalized guidance, and direction during every session. So, in part, you get ME. Same trainer, same teacher every time, we learn each other, I know if you were at class earlier in the week, I know your strengths, I know your weaknesses, and I care. (Seriously, I may text you when you tell me you’re coming to class yet don’t show up).
In addition to very close attention from myself as the trainer, upon entry to class, (if desired), each participant will be designated a mentor, someone already in the program to help guide you through your first month. Someone to help you with each class and knowing what to do and what’s next.

4 Monthly Registration options
Walk-in single class ($15 per class)
2 classes/wk for 4 weeks $80 (only $10/class)
3 classes/wk for 4 weeks $96 (only $8/class)
Unlimited classes for 4 weeks $100 (whatever... just come a lot)

Regular stretching/ mobilty work so you not only look better, but FEEL better.
Bi-weekly measurable work outs allowing you to actually see progress and work at it.
Up-tempo, low-impact workout finishers to elevate your heart rate and BURN calories.
Workouts to improve heart health, and weight-bearing exercises to improve bone density.
Each workout is pre-planned and progressive, to build from week-to-week.
