Each Session - $35
(standard 1:1 sessions are $65)

Mondays 4:15-5:00pm
Wednesdays 4:15- 5:00pm
(each session limited to four (2) total athletes, this is not a group program)
Pre-requisite required: Independent 1:1 athlete screening ($100)
Ready To Reach That Next Level?
How does it work? Each athlete will be given their own, specific training plan based off an initial screen and assessment combined with their goals. This program will be done once or twice per week with myself as the lead trainer working with no more than two athletes per session.
Who’s it for? Proven success for athletes. From learning proper form, tounderstanding repetition schemes and how to apply them, athletes will gain the tools necessary to make the most out of their workouts.
After their initial assessment, each participant will be given their own, specific training plan based off an initial screen and assessment combined with their goals. This program is designed to compliment and enhance a weekly regimen. Priced as group training, with the personal touch of one-on one, helping forge success for each individual athlete.
* Prerequisite Required: Individual Screening and Assessment
Prior to participation, each participant must complete a 45-60 minute individual, private session to assess their individual movements and needs, which their program will be based on. The participant will be put through a movement assessment, plus discuss goals, and their individual plan.
