and more detailed attention throughout this progressive program.


Monday/ Wednesday Mornings
5:30am- 6:15am
7:00am- 7:45am

Monday/ Wednesday evenings
5:00pm- 5:45pm
5:45pm- 6:30pm

Tuesday/ Thursday mornings
Early session 5:45-6:30 am
Less-Early session 7:30am- 8:15am

($25/ session. Individual assessment must be done prior to first class. Advance sign-up required for class participation)

This is not ordinary training

Option One ($25): After their initial assessment, each participant will be given their own, specific training plan based off an initial screen and assessment combined with their goals. This once-a-week program is designed to compliment and enhance a weekly regimen. Priced as group training, with the personal touch of one-on one, helping forge success for each individual athlete.

Option Two ($25): After their initial assessment, each participant will be given a specialty weekly workout that incorporates new challenges and a higher level of difficulty than my regular Boot Camp classes. Priced as group training, with the personal touch of one-on-one, helping each participant reach that next level of training.

* Prerequisite Required: Individual Screening and Assessment
Prior to participation, each participant must complete a 45-60 minute individual, private session to assess their individual movements and needs, which their program will be based on. The participant will be put through a movement assessment, plus discuss goals, and their individual plan.
